These Terms and Conditions are subject to change without notice by posting the changes on our website.
In applying for construction, modification or posting of a page or site with or by alltry.com.au you will be referred to as the applicant and alltry.com.au will be referred to as ALLTRYWEB or ALLTRY.
ALLTRYWEB is a registered business ABN 84 525 207 679.
ALLTRYWEB accepts no liability for any action or circumstances that may arrise from the display of pages or the use of ecomerce on alltry.com.au. or pages or DVD presentations designed by ALLTRYWEB.
ALLTRYWEB uses various Internet Sevice Providers as the I.S.P. and the respective I.S.P. terms and conditions apply to all of the applicants web pages.
ALLTRYWEB accepts no liability for services or the supply there of. However continuation of supply can be expected under normal circumstances.
ALLTRYWEB accepts no liability for any interuption to supply due to natural causes, accidents or acts of terrorism.
Any changes to the applicants ALLTRYWEB page can only be carried out by ALLTRYWEB unless ftp access is included.
A link to alltry.com.au will be placed at the bottom of each page with "designed by alltry.com.au". Any income or benefits derived from banner advertising will be retained by ALLTRYWEB. ALLTRYWEB retains the right to upgrade and make changes to the applicant's page.
The applicant is liable to ensure all content submitted is accurate and approval is at the sole discretion of ALLTRYWEB and approval may be revoked if content is found to be inaccurate.
Every effort will be made by the applicant regarding content and links and ALLTRYWEB regarding approval and links to maintain a non offensive environment throughout the site.
No adult or offensive links defined soley at the discretion of ALLTRYWEB are allowed and if reported the link will be removed from the page for the remains of the term.
ALLTRYWEB reserves the right not to respond to applications.
Content may be added or upgraded at any time once approved and at an agreed price.
Any rate changes will be advised at renewal or application and may differ from any advertised material without notice.
The applicant may cancel the applicant's pages at any time but rates paid are not refundable.
Neither ALLTRYWEB or it's proprietors shall in any way be held liable or responsible for any inaccurate information displayed on or any action resulting from the display of the applicant's page, or any technical problem's outside of ALLTRYWEB'S control.
Failure to renew rates within 30 days or breech of terms and conditions will result in the applicant's page being removed from the ALLTRYWEB site and the applicant being notified by email, if page is removed any rates paid are not refundable but the applicant's page may be reinstated at the sole discretion of ALLTRYWEB.
Any work order shall be taken as acceptance of liability and responsibility by any customer or applicant for any action that may result from work carried out by ALLTRYWEB on existing or new web sites.
ALLTRYWEB shall not be held liable for any action resulting from an applicant's new or existing web site not being available while under construction or modification. Applicant's pages may be posted on alltry.com.au for the free trial.
Sites may be submitted to search engines but results are in no way guaranteed.
While every effort will be made to maintain a regular supply of service Alltryweb and it's proprietors will in no way be held responsible for any time web sites are not available for any reason.
